Taking the rough with the smooth.
We've had some excellent weeks recently where your commitment to us has been truly brilliant.
As every single sale generates at least £1 for autism charities or grassroots sports each time you buy something from us you are also supporting good causes.
But we have had a few problems and that has meant that a small number of customers have had to wait far too long for their orders to arrive, and for that we apologise.
We think it's best to be honest about such things so I can say that we do everything we can to turn orders around within a week, sometimes we will contact customers and inform them of delays where we know they will occur.
But there are also glitches and bugs and as we approach our six month anniversary we are far slicker than we were on day one. The IT systems we have seem to work better now than they did. That could be because we understand them better and use the tools more effectively too of course.
Involving young people who have a diagnosis of autism or aspergers has also been challenging but it's something we are fully committed to and the only downside really is that we don't have enough work (yet) to give a greater number of young adults something worthwhile to do.
Of course where we let you (and ourselves down) we will do everything we can to make amends.
As we move forwards we are delivering more orders than ever before from an expanding product range.
More and more of our products will have been designed by people who have an ASC diagnosis as well which we are really excited by.
So we know it's not been perfect but with your help we can move on to raise even more money for people and organisations who really need it.
